Research shows, “Over 60% of men and 50% of women reported experiencing at least one traumatic event in their lifetime. And over 25% have experienced more than one traumatic event.”
Spiritual Violence Expert, Peter Skaife shows people practical ways to move through their experience of trauma, stressful situations, and external events that “do violence to their spirit.”
Skaife was twice told by doctors that he was dying – in 1952 when he was a teenager, and in 1968 when he was an adult. He was severely poisoned in July, 1991, when a railroad car spilled toxic chemicals into the Sacramento River, in Dunsmuir, California. For years, he did not know when or if he would recover.
Skaife says, “My life work has been to help people recover from events that “do violence” to their spirit. My passion is to provide the tools and resources that people need to be able to move through their dark side to a place where they have discovered how to access and utilize their own, unique hidden talents and natural abilities.
He works both with people who want to change something in their external environment, and with people who are recovering from something that “does violence” to their “spirit.”
He has developed powerful shamanic tools and resources that people can use to from traumatic events, such as the loss of loved ones, acts of spiritual violence, , domestic violence, community violence, gang violence war and combat, accidents and natural disasters, and other stressful situations.
A pioneer, educator, and original thinker, Skaife has spent his life time journeying into new territory. He has developed Qai, a powerful way for people to take spiritual action to change what is happening in their lives, shift energy in their relationships, and/or change something that is happening in the world.
